Glyphic Doublet +1

As of 03/12/14 we were spoiled the details of the Glyphic Doiblet +1 stats for the upcoming Version Update on the 18th.

I for one... am happy with it. Have a look-see:

"Blood Pact" ability delay II -2? Yes please!

That brings the BP floor from 45 seconds to as low as 37 seconds if you happen to also have the Glyphic Pigaches +1 and the Seraphicaller.

And we still don't know if the +1 hands will also feature the same stat. Here's hoping!
