December 10th Version Update: SMN Style!

Still not nearly as good as the Balsam staff or Nirvana... but I'll be damned if it's not a significantly cheaper alternative.

Confirmed that the BP recast time II does indeed further extend the floor of the BP recast timer from 45 to 42 and 40 respectively with these 2 new ammo pieces. Nothing short of amazing.

Don't get too crazy. It's been confirmed that these books do nothing more than give you between 0.1 - 0.5 in whatever their associated skill is.
